We really enjoyed this park. Although small, the owner has turned the narrow spaces into larger ones by eliminating every other space. Nice shade trees surround the area and beautiful group picnic areas available. The park was quiet and peaceful. The park does have a lot of rules posted, but if you take time to read them you'll find the owner's humor at every turn. We were impressed with the dog run, but unfortunately, if you're not a "little person" you run the risk of being decapitated while entering the "no leash" zone. My husband ran into the aluminum frame that houses the gate twice. (You'd think he'd have learned the first time??) We found the owners to be pleasant and helpful and we will definitely return to this park again.

I had mixed emotions about this RV park. The grounds are manicured constantly including constant mowing and watering. Unfortunately, that sometimes interferes with relaxing in your own space. An incredible dog run available with poopy bags, waste disposal can and fresh water and bowl at entrance/exit of dog run. They have a lot of dog rules - dogs cannot be left inside the RV when you take a drive. This limits the sightseeing you can do unless you want to leave Fido in a hot vehicle. The staff are very rule oriented. We met a lot of nice people who continue to come here year after year. The bathroom facilities were also superbly clean but also available at a fee to the general public and that posed a problem at certain times. Overall it was a lovely, quiet park that allowed us a week to visit the Mammoth Lakes Area. They don't accept credit or debit cards - checks or cash only. Be prepared.

Really loved this park. We've been full-timing for 2 years and have returned here twice on our way to Nevada. Very helpful, friendly staff, fully stocked general store with reasonable prices. Clean bathrooms and pool. Although not super large spaces, plenty of room for larger rigs. Pull thru's provide easy access for overnighters. They even have a petting zoo type area for the kiddies. We will definitely put this one in our book of parks to visit over and over again.

Wow! Sometimes you come across a park that may not be right for you but this one is a true Gem. We booked a week on the recommendations of these website reviews only to find that the gravel spaces were really too small for our 36' fifth wheel. We expressed our concern to the manager who, in turn, called another park and booked us there in a beautiful, premium site with river access! That is true customer service. I would highly recommend this park for anyone who has a smaller RV.

This is a small, gravel overnight type facility. The restrooms were very clean! Cash only, park and pay. Camp host on duty, but never saw him. There's not much in this area for RV's and this is a good overnight stop or place to park to visit surrounding SF Bay Area. The spaces are VERY narrow, but we fit in with our 36' fifth wheel with three slides. They took our Escapees as a discount and also took Good Sam. Not a destination park, but the fairgrounds was beautifully landscaped.

This is a gorgeous river side RV resort with large pull through spaces for big rigs and smaller, wider back-ins. Not a lot of shade trees in sites, but landscaping is ongoing. Very friendly staff and a lot of planned activities, including Bingo and Bunco. Large Clubhouse with full kitchen allows for great get-togethers. Good river access and dog off-leash area with poopy bags and receptacle. The WIFI worked well close to the office, but our space was too far and we had to set up our satellite. Good CATV and Verizon phone reception. We stayed here in our fifth-wheel and we definitely would stay here again. Great monthly rates. Off the main highway. The only drawback was the plant next door - strong smell of asphalt on certain days.

We chose this park from the Trailer Life Directory as an overnight stop off of I-5. Much to our surprise it was an incredible park. Very rustic with natural waterfalls and swimming holes on a private section of Jumpoff Joe Creek. The pull thru sites were large, with easy access and although the signal strength was low, WIFI was free and accessible. It was a hot day and we were glad to have the 50 amp service. The general store/office has just about everything you'd need at very reasonable prices. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We found out that they purchased this once run-down park and turned it into this haven in just two years. In addition to the RV and tent sites they have three cabins that are rented monthly. They have laundry facilities and a fenced in doggy run with pooper scooper and can. We will definitely plan to stay here again. It's refreshing to find a park that really caters to its customers. Good Verizon cell reception.

We picked this RV park from the Trailer Life Directory as an overnight stop. We were very disappointed in the customer service of the office staff and the rate of the site. They did not accept any of the discount cards and charged $30.00 per night, yet had no cable, no WI-FI, no modem hook-up, no shade. No credit or debit cards accepted, cash or check only. Spaces large, but no shade or grass. Not a destination resort in our opinion.

This is a good RV destination resort on the Delta. We found the park to be clean, the staff friendly and helpful. A lot of shade trees. Laundry facility very clean and reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Call ahead for reservations, Delta activities throughout the year.

This park is in a game refuge and the deer roam freely. Although you are not supposed to feed the deer many visitors do and the deer can be persistent, but not aggressive. We had about 10-12 deer in our space every afternoon looking for a handout! The grounds are manicured, lush and very well taken care of. The staff and owners are outstanding - can't say enough about the hospitality. A five star restaurant serves lunch and dinner daily - very good! We stayed in our fifth wheel almost a month until the season was over. Can't wait to go back.
